As waste continues to be diverted away from landfill there is an increasing need for restoration of these former sites. The restoration of landfill sites provides two important functions it prevents leachate from being produced from surface water and it restores the land to beneficial use.
Neal Remediation have experience in the permanent capping of landfill sites including:
installation of sub cap leachate drainage and venting
installation of composite caps comprising protection layers drainage layers and welded liners
methane venting, collection and energy generation from the collected gas.

Landfill restoration follows a strict Construction Quality Assurance procedure that is agreed with the regulator, Neal Remediation are versed in the testing data collection and verification required by such plans.
